The company is an established FinTech software provider with over 19 years of experience, supporting financial institutions across Europe, Asia, and other global markets. With a team of specialists across three continents and part of a billion-dollar technology group, the company develops secure and scalable banking platforms used by regulated financial institutions worldwide.
The company is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives across two strategic product lines: Payment Gateway and Core Banking systems. This role sits at the intersection of technology, product delivery, and operational excellence, ensuring complex financial systems are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Lead IT projects across payments, core banking, and FinTech platform initiatives;
Coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, architects, compliance, and business stakeholders;
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery plans;
Support delivery of payment features, banking functionality, integrations, upgrades, and releases;
Track delivery documentation, decisions, risks, change requests, and audit-related evidence;
Support projects connected to DORA, GDPR, security, operational resilience, incident management, and compliance;
Ensure clear project reporting and stakeholder communication;
Keep meetings focused, practical, and outcome-driven.
🎓 Requirements:
4+ years of experience managing IT, software, FinTech, payments, or banking technology projects;
Experience delivering projects involving payments, banking platforms, APIs, integrations, or financial systems;
Good understanding of DORA, GDPR, information security, operational resilience, and compliance-driven delivery;
Experience working with engineering, product, compliance, risk, and business teams;
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methods;
Strong planning, prioritization, risk management, documentation, and communication skills;
FinTech, banking, payments, SaaS, or B2B financial infrastructure experience is a strong advantage;
Fluent written and spoken English; Lithuanian is an advantage.
