The client is a leading international FinTech company specialising in foreign exchange, international payments, trade finance, and global cash management solutions. As they continue strengthening their commercial presence in Latvia, they are looking for an experienced Senior FX Sales Executive to join their high-performing commercial team in Riga.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished FX sales professional to work with large international businesses, helping them optimise treasury operations, manage currency risk, and support global growth through tailored financial solutions.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Develop and acquire new business opportunities by targeting large corporate clients with annual revenues exceeding €50 million;
Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers, including CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers, and C-level executives across international organisations;
Identify client needs and deliver tailored Foreign Exchange, international payments, cash management, trade finance, and treasury solutions;
Understand clients' business models, commercial strategies, and financial objectives to provide value-driven recommendations that support international growth;
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, proactively identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client portfolio;
Present, negotiate, and successfully close complex commercial agreements while consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets;
Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, follow-up activities, and detailed account planning to build long-term commercial relationships;
Record client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progression through Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting;
Deliver exceptional customer service by combining strong product expertise with a consultative approach throughout the client lifecycle;
Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Dealing, Relationship Management, and Product teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
🎓 Requirements:
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets within the Foreign Exchange (FX), international payments, treasury, or financial services sector;
Strong experience selling sophisticated financial solutions to medium-sized and large corporate clients;
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans based on customer needs, market intelligence, and commercial opportunities;
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and C-level stakeholders;
Strong understanding of corporate treasury operations, budgeting processes, cash flow management, and Foreign Exchange risk management;
Relationship-focused mindset with a proven ability to generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term client partnerships;
Commercially driven, highly self-motivated, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment;
Previous experience within an FX provider, commercial bank, FinTech, treasury sales, or corporate banking environment will be considered a strong advantage;
Fluency in Latvian and professional business-level English.
