The client is a leading international FinTech company specialising in foreign exchange, international payments, trade finance, and global cash management solutions. As they continue expanding their commercial presence in Lithuania, they are looking for an experienced Client Portfolio Manager to strengthen their growing local team.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, delivering tailored Foreign Exchange, international payments, trade finance, lending, and cash management solutions;
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor on international financial operations and FX risk management;
Structure, negotiate, and execute foreign exchange transactions while providing bespoke strategies to help clients manage currency exposure;
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and increasing wallet share across the company's product portfolio;
Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to support new client acquisition and commercial growth;
Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and international trading activities to deliver tailored financial solutions;
Monitor market developments and competitor offerings to effectively position the company's products and services;
Generate additional business opportunities through client referrals and professional networking;
Deliver against commercial KPIs, including revenue growth, client retention, repeat business, cross-selling, and customer satisfaction;
Provide valuable market feedback to Product and Technology teams, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the client offering.
🎓 Requirements:
Proven experience within Financial Services in Client Relationship Management, FX Sales, Treasury Sales, or Corporate Banking;
Previous experience working for an FX provider, commercial bank, payments institution, or another financial services organisation serving corporate clients;
Strong understanding of Foreign Exchange products, international payments, treasury solutions, or related financial instruments;
Demonstrated success in portfolio management, upselling, cross-selling, and developing long-term client relationships;
Good understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements;
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand clients' business needs and provide value-driven financial solutions;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers;
Academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is considered an advantage;
Fluency in Lithuanian and professional business-level English.
