The client is a leading international FinTech company specialising in foreign exchange, international payments, trade finance, and global cash management solutions. As the business continues expanding its commercial presence in Lithuania, they are looking for an experienced Senior FX Sales Executive to join their growing local team.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients operating internationally across the Lithuanian market;
Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, market research, and targeted outbound sales campaigns;
Build and manage a strong pipeline of SME and Mid-Market clients requiring Foreign Exchange and international payment solutions;
Present, negotiate, and successfully close commercial opportunities by delivering tailored FX and cross-border payment solutions;
Develop trusted relationships with business decision-makers and financial stakeholders, becoming their long-term partner for international financial services;
Onboard new clients while identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services;
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales lifecycle;
Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Dealing Desk, and wider commercial teams to maximise client success;
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM records while consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious commercial targets.
🎓 Requirements:
3+ years of successful B2B sales, business development, or relationship management experience;
Proven track record of selling Foreign Exchange (FX), international payments, treasury, banking, or other financial market solutions;
Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing new business;
Good understanding of the SME and Mid-Market business environment;
Fluency in Lithuanian and professional business-level English;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment;
Previous experience within FinTech, payments, banking, or financial services will be considered a strong advantage.
