The client is a large, internationally recognised FinTech company helping businesses simplify international payments, foreign exchange, and cross-border financial operations. As part of its continued growth in Lithuania, the company is looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career sales professional eager to build a successful career in B2B FinTech sales.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers across multiple industries;
Proactively build a pipeline of prospective corporate clients through research, outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities;
Understand clients' international payment and foreign exchange requirements to recommend tailored financial solutions;
Conduct high-quality sales meetings, product demonstrations, and commercial presentations;
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation, proposal, and successful client acquisition;
Collaborate closely with onboarding, operations, and client support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience;
Build long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for future account growth;
Continuously develop expertise in foreign exchange markets, international payments, and global trade solutions;
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs;
Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and client activity within the CRM system.
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or recent graduate with strong commercial ambition;
Previous experience in B2B sales, customer service, business development, or another client-facing role is advantageous;
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills;
Fluency in Lithuanian and professional working proficiency in English;
Strong interest in financial markets, international business, or FinTech;
Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality with a desire to succeed in sales;
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple opportunities;
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to continuous professional development.
