As a Product Owner, you will take ownership of core banking-related product capabilities and drive their evolution across the company’s global product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and financial services, working closely with engineering teams, solution architects, and international stakeholders to deliver scalable digital banking solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping the roadmap of mission-critical banking infrastructure used by global financial institutions.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for core banking-related products;

• Translate business requirements and market needs into clear product specifications and development priorities;

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of scalable and secure banking solutions;

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;

• Work with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to define product features and enhancements;

• Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor solutions in digital banking and payments;

• Support global implementation projects by ensuring product capabilities meet client requirements;

• Drive continuous improvement of product performance, scalability, and user experience;

• Coordinate cross-team collaboration between product management, architecture, and delivery teams;

• Contribute to long-term product strategy across the company’s banking and payment platform ecosystem.

🎓 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product leadership roles;

• Strong understanding of digital banking, payment platforms, or financial services technology;

• Experience working with Agile / Scrum development teams and managing product backlogs;

• Ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into technical product features;

• Strong knowledge of EU regulations, including DORA and GDPR;

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities;

• Experience working in international or multi-market technology environments;

• Fluent written and spoken English.
