As a Product Owner / Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s Payment Hub — translating business requirements into scalable product features and ensuring seamless collaboration between product, engineering, and stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of payments expertise, product ownership, and business analysis, making it ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex FinTech challenges.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for the Payment Hub platform;

• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories;

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of product features;

• Analyze payment flows, integrations, and financial processes to identify optimization opportunities;

• Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather and refine requirements;

• Ensure compliance with payment industry standards, regulatory requirements (DORA, GRPR), and security practices;

• Support integration projects with banks, payment service providers, and financial institutions;

• Monitor product performance and identify improvements to scalability, reliability, and user experience;

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions;

• Contribute to long-term product strategy and roadmap development for the payments ecosystem.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in FinTech or payments;

• Strong understanding of payment systems, digital banking platforms, or financial transaction processing;

• Experience working with Agile / Scrum development teams;

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications;

• Familiarity with payment integrations, APIs, and financial system architectures;

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;

• Fluent written and spoken English; Lithuanian is an advantage.
