Our client is a well established, financial institution with the strong position on market, transforming traditional banking through innovation, technology, and modern financial products.
As the business continues expanding its lending solutions and strategic partnerships, they are looking for a commercially minded professional to become the CEO's trusted partner throughout the client delivery lifecycle.
This is not a traditional sales or project management role. Instead, you will become the operational owner of strategic client opportunities after the initial commercial agreement, ensuring every partnership progresses smoothly from proposal through implementation. Working alongside the CEO, you will coordinate internal stakeholders, manage client communication, and drive successful execution of complex banking initiatives.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Join strategic client meetings together with the CEO and support commercial discussions for key business opportunities;
Take ownership of client engagements following the initial commercial agreement and become the primary day-to-day contact throughout the implementation phase;
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Business, Operations, Lending, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Technology teams;
Drive internal execution to ensure all work streams remain aligned with agreed timelines and client expectations;
Prepare and coordinate business cases, commercial documentation and internal approval processes;
Ensure operational, compliance and business requirements are completed before project implementation;
Monitor implementation progress, proactively identify risks and resolve delivery challenges;
Maintain strong relationships with strategic clients while providing regular updates throughout the implementation lifecycle;
Support continuous improvement of commercial delivery processes as the organisation continues its transformation into a modern FinTech-driven bank.
🎓 Requirements:
Previous experience within banking, lending;
Understanding of lending products and commercial banking operations, including loans and deposits;
Experience managing client implementations, commercial delivery, enterprise onboarding or similar client-facing operational roles;
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple departments simultaneously;
Experience preparing business cases, coordinating internal approvals and driving complex initiatives to completion;
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with enterprise or corporate clients;
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment;
Fluent English and Latvian.
