🌍 About the Company
The client provides regulated financial infrastructure connecting traditional euro payments with digital-asset settlement. Its offering combines payment accounts, SEPA connectivity, Banking-as-a-Service capabilities, and a MiCA-compliant euro stablecoin. Its international team is now investing in commercial growth across European and global markets.
💼 About the Role
The company is looking for experienced business sales professionals who understand how to sell complex financial infrastructure rather than standard software subscriptions. You will build your own pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and close partnerships across payments, FinTech, Banking-as-a-Service, and digital assets.
🔍 Responsibilities
Build and convert a qualified pipeline across European and international markets;
Identify prospective clients among FinTechs, payment service providers, banks, marketplaces, crypto businesses, and financial technology platforms;
Own the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and closing;
Sell payment accounts, SEPA connectivity, stablecoin settlement, API, and white-label infrastructure around specific client use cases;
Develop relationships with founders, C-level executives, product leaders, and other senior decision-makers;
Structure commercially viable partnerships that reflect regulatory, technical, and operational requirements;
Work with product, compliance, operations, and technology teams to move signed opportunities into live revenue;
Maintain disciplined pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and CRM reporting;
Represent the company at relevant industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem discussions;
Share market feedback that helps refine the product proposition, pricing, and commercial strategy.
🎓 Requirements
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise account acquisition;
A proven record of selling banking infrastructure, FinTech infrastructure, Banking-as-a-Service, payments technology, or comparable financial products;
Demonstrable success in generating new business and closing complex, high-value B2B agreements;
Experience managing long sales cycles involving commercial, product, technical, compliance, and legal stakeholders;
An existing network within payments, FinTech, banking, or financial infrastructure;
Strong understanding of regulated financial products and the commercial needs of institutional clients;
Professional fluency in English, including the ability to present and negotiate with senior international stakeholders;
A self-directed approach to prospecting, pipeline ownership, and revenue delivery.
Nice to Have
Experience selling stablecoin, blockchain, digital-asset, treasury, or crypto infrastructure;
Knowledge of MiCA, EMI operations, SEPA, cross-border payments, or embedded finance;
Relationships with stablecoin issuers, exchanges, payment platforms, banks, or institutional investors;
Experience structuring API, white-label, liquidity, or platform partnerships.
🤝 Key Competencies
Consultative selling and the ability to translate infrastructure into clear commercial value;
Confidence navigating technical, regulatory, and operational discussions;
Strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgement;
Persistence and discipline throughout complex enterprise sales cycles;
Credibility when working with founders, executives, and institutional decision-makers.
✨ The Employer Offers
A competitive base salary with a performance bonus linked to revenue delivery;
Potential participation in the company’s equity or stock option programme;
A remote-friendly working model across Europe and the United Kingdom;
Ownership of the full sales cycle and direct accountability for commercial results;
Access to international FinTech, payments, and digital-asset markets;
Direct input into product positioning, pricing, partnerships, and market strategy;
The opportunity to work closely with regulated payment and MiCA-compliant stablecoin infrastructure.
If you know how to open doors, navigate complex stakeholder groups, and turn financial infrastructure into signed revenue, this role offers the scope to make your network and market knowledge count.
