A fast-growing Payment Service Provider is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to support the end-to-end onboarding of partners, working closely with acquirers, banks, and internal teams.

💼 About the Role

This role sits at the centre of the onboarding process: you will prepare and verify documentation, handle compliance requests, and keep every partner moving through each stage on time. Both the partner and the acquirer depend on that work being accurate and on time.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day contact for partners on onboarding matters and ongoing requests;

• Work with acquirers and banks across all onboarding stages – from application submission to account opening;

• Handle compliance requests: collect documents and clarifications, prepare responses;

• Prepare and verify documents in line with bank and acquirer requirements;

• Complete application forms and questionnaires;

• Review partner websites as part of onboarding checks;

• Collect and structure information from multiple sources;

• Maintain and update trackers, internal documentation and the Google Drive structure;

• Manage work in ClickUp and Notion: create tasks, control deadlines, keep statuses current;

• Track partner deliverables and deadlines, escalating risks in good time.

🎓 Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience in FinTech – onboarding, KYC/KYB, compliance or partner support;

• Understanding of corporate account opening and the basic KYB document package;

• Confident user of Google Workspace and task managers (ClickUp, Notion or similar);

• Ability to handle a high volume of documents without losing quality;

• Fluent English (additional languages a plus depending on target markets).
