💼 About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will elevate the quality standards of complex banking and retail software platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, product delivery, and operational reliability, ensuring software used by financial institutions meets the highest performance and stability standards. You will lead a team of 6 QA professionals while working closely with developers, product managers, and support teams to build robust testing frameworks and scalable quality processes.
The team works in a hybrid setup, with part of the team based in the Vilnius office and others working remotely from different cities or countries. The role combines team leadership with hands-on QA involvement, including testing complex ATM-related software where hardware integrations make the testing process more technically demanding than in typical software environments.
If you thrive in fast-moving FinTech environments and enjoy building strong QA teams that deliver reliable products, this role offers both ownership and impact.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers across manual and automation testing;
Define and implement QA strategies, testing frameworks, and release validation processes;
Plan and oversee testing activities, including system, integration, regression, and UAT testing;

Work with hardware–software interactions and system integrations within complex banking environments;
Perform manual testing to validate ATM software functionality and ensure reliable integration with banking systems and physical devices;
Support project teams in testing software integrations within banking environments, with team responsibilities evolving depending on project needs.
