The client is a well-established financial institution with a strong market presence, actively modernising its technology landscape and transforming traditional banking through digital innovation.
As part of its long-term technology strategy, the Bank is looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager / Product Owner to lead business-critical ICT initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive the successful delivery of digital solutions supporting both internal operations and customer-facing services.

🔍 Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of ICT and technology projects, defining project objectives, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies;
Manage cross-functional project teams, coordinating internal departments, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery;
Analyse banking business processes, ICT systems, and operational needs, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications;
Work closely with development teams throughout the implementation process, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and project priorities;
Develop testing scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solution quality, and support successful production releases;
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, executive updates, and project governance materials;
Monitor project performance, resource utilisation, budgets, and delivery milestones while proactively managing risks and dependencies;
Identify opportunities to optimise banking processes and improve operational efficiency through technology-driven solutions;
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements that support the Bank's long-term digital transformation strategy;
Contribute to the continuous development of internal ICT governance, project management standards, and technology-related policies.
🎓 Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an ICT Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar technology leadership role;
Practical experience working with Core Banking Systems and/or CRM platforms within the banking or financial services sector;
Solid understanding of banking operations, financial products, and digital banking processes;
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications for development teams;
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, prioritisation, and stakeholder management skills;
Experience coordinating software testing, UAT activities, and solution implementation;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
Professional Latvian language proficiency (C1) and good English communication skills;
High level of responsibility, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
