The client is an international technology group operating across multiple countries and delivering solutions in telecommunications, IT, and digital services. As the business continues to grow and expand internationally, the company is looking for an experienced legal leader to oversee legal matters across its international operations.

This is a strategic leadership role based in Vilnius, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior management, manage cross-border legal projects, and ensure the business remains compliant while supporting sustainable growth. As a full-time office-based position, it combines legal expertise, business partnership, team leadership, and international stakeholder management.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate legal activities across the group's operations in 8 countries;

• Develop, implement, and oversee legal strategies, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives;

• Provide legal advice to executive management, including legal risk assessments and strategic recommendations;

• Manage and supervise the legal team, ensuring professional development and high-quality legal support across the organization;

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements with partners, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders;

• Represent the company's interests in litigation, arbitration, and negotiations with public authorities and external parties;

• Ensure compliance with local and international legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal corporate policies;

• Oversee data protection, confidentiality, and information governance matters across the group;

• Support intellectual property protection initiatives, including patents, trademarks, and innovation-related legal matters;

• Monitor legislative changes across jurisdictions and ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements;

• Organize and conduct audits of compliance with legal standards, internal procedures, and company policies;

• Collaborate with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies in multiple jurisdictions.

🎓 Requirements:

• Higher legal education (Master's degree in Law or equivalent);

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior legal position within an international organization;

• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, civil, and international law;

• Proven experience leading legal teams and managing international legal projects;

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations;

• Fluent English and Russian language skills, both written and spoken;

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in an international environment;

• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coordinate, and manage teams across different countries and cultures.
