The client is an international FinTech group operating within the cryptocurrency and payments space, with a strong global infrastructure and growing presence across multiple jurisdictions.
As the company expands its alternative payment methods (APM) capabilities, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead partnerships, identify new payment opportunities, and drive commercial growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to shape how modern payment ecosystems evolve.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Build and manage strategic partnerships with PSPs, payment providers, and platforms;
Identify, evaluate, and launch new alternative payment methods across key markets;
Negotiate commercial terms and execute partnership agreements;
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of payment partners and opportunities;
Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and new revenue streams;
Collaborate with internal teams (product, compliance, operations) to launch and scale integrations;
Manage ongoing partner relationships and ensure long-term value creation;
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings;
Track performance of partnerships and optimise commercial outcomes.
🎓 Requirements:
1+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales roles;
Background in FinTech, payments, banking, or gaming industries is a strong advantage;
Understanding of payment ecosystems, PSPs, and alternative payment methods;
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills;
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects;
Proactive, results-driven mindset with curiosity for industry trends;
Willingness to travel occasionally for business trips and events.
