The client is an international FinTech group operating in the cryptocurrency exchange sector across multiple jurisdictions. As the company expands its global footprint, they are looking for a proactive

Legal Operations & Expansion Specialist to support new entity launches, licensing projects, regulatory coordination and operational setup.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of legal, compliance, business development and international market expansion. You will join an established business with mature processes, strong growth plans and projects across Europe and beyond.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate licensing and new entity setup projects across multiple jurisdictions;

• Work with external legal, tax and regulatory advisors to review documentation and ensure accuracy;

• Support communication between local advisors, internal accounting, legal and business teams;

• Collaborate with corporate counsel to adapt existing compliance and AML policies for specific locations;

• Conduct market and jurisdiction research to support expansion decisions;

• Track regulatory updates, licensing requirements and market-entry opportunities;

• Contribute to business plans and documentation packages for new projects;

• Help establish local substance requirements, including roles such as MLRO or local representatives;

• Communicate with regulators and external partners during licensing and setup processes.

🎓 Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in legal support, business development, compliance, administration or regulatory operations;

• Experience in FinTech, financial services, crypto or high-risk industries is a strong advantage;

• Understanding of AML, compliance procedures, company registrations and policy documentation;

• Experience working with external legal providers, regulators or corporate service partners;

• Strong English skills, B2+ or higher;

• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple work-streams;

• Proactive, hardworking and comfortable working in a fast-changing international environment.
