Our client is building a fast-growing cybersecurity marketplace connecting companies with elite ethical hackers. With a live product already used across Europe, the platform is entering its next phase - moving from functional design to a scalable, high-impact user experience.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business strategy. You’ll take ownership of the full design lifecycle - from concept to system - while helping define product direction in a complex, data-heavy environment. 🔍 Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences across a two-sided marketplace (security teams & ethical hackers);

• Create intuitive interfaces for complex, data-heavy workflows including dashboards, reporting flows, and payout tracking;

• Transform existing HTML templates into a scalable and consistent Figma-based Design System;

• Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure designs align with server-rendered (Django) architecture;

• Act as a bridge between business goals, technical constraints, and user needs;

• Conduct user research with both platform sides to identify friction points and opportunities;

• Leverage product analytics (e.g., PostHog) to guide design decisions and prioritization;

• Design interfaces for AI-assisted workflows, ensuring clarity, trust, and explainability;

• Prototype and iterate rapidly — from wireframes to high-fidelity designs;

• Contribute to product strategy in the absence of a dedicated Product Manager.

🎓 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer in complex digital products (preferably SaaS, marketplaces, or FinTech/CyberTech);

• Strong ability to design both UX flows and high-fidelity UI in Figma;

• Understanding of web application architecture, ideally with exposure to server-rendered frameworks (e.g., Django);

• Experience designing data-rich interfaces and workflows with multiple states and interactions;

• Familiarity with two-sided platforms or marketplace dynamics is a strong advantage;

• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML-driven UX, especially human-in-the-loop systems;

• Ability to interpret product analytics and translate insights into design improvements;

• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
