🌍 About the Company
Our client is an international fintech company providing payment processing and card-issuing solutions for banks, fintechs, and digital businesses. With over two decades of experience, the company offers modern infrastructure that enables partners to launch and scale payment products globally. Its platform supports major card schemes and helps organizations deliver secure and innovative digital payment experiences.
💼 About the Role
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will build and own the company’s marketing ecosystem from the ground up, transforming the existing network of clients, technology partners, and industry associations into a powerful growth engine. This is a relationship-first role where success comes from positioning the company as one of the most connected players in the fintech ecosystem. You will drive visibility and pipeline through co-marketing initiatives, joint activities, and organic referrals that go beyond what traditional paid channels can achieve.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Develop and own the partner marketing strategy, defining how co-branded campaigns, content, and pipeline generation work across the ecosystem.
Orchestrate co-marketing programs with existing clients and partners, including joint case studies, co-authored content, shared webinars, and newsletter features.
Grow industry association memberships, turning passive participation into speaking opportunities, working group involvement, and warm introductions.
Build and manage a public partner directory — a structured ecosystem listing that partners actively want to be part of.
Organize and execute the company’s presence at major industry events through satellite activations such as side events, networking dinners, and joint booth arrangements with partners, coordinating closely with the Head of Events.
Host and produce webinars and presentations, managing everything from speaker coordination to post-event content repurposing.
Track and report on ecosystem-driven KPIs including referral volume and leads, NPS, co-marketing reach, partner-sourced pipeline, and directory engagement.
🎓 Requirements:
4+ years in partner marketing, ecosystem, business development, or partnerships. Ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or crypto/Web3.
Demonstrated experience running co-marketing programs with measurable results.
Familiarity with the payments or financial infrastructure landscape: who the players are and how they interconnect.
Well-connected in fintech, payments, or an adjacent vertical industry.
Strong ownership mindset - able to oversee projects end-to-end and raise issues early.
Ability to think in systems and compounding growth opportunities.
Strong written communication and clear stakeholder communication skills.
Experience representing a company at industry events, associations, or partner audiences.
Willingness to travel for key industry events and partner activities across Europe and beyond.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building initiatives from scratch.
