HHHUB is a fast-growing, FinTech-focused recruiting agency building strong teams for innovative companies across the EU and the UK. As the company scales, internal talent acquisition becomes a strategic priority.
We are looking for a proactive FinTech Recruiter for EU & UK Markets, who can take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and help us attract top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
Experience recruiting for FinTech companies and working with UK-based roles or clients will be considered a strong advantage.
🔍 Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across FinTech roles;
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers;
Review and assess incoming applications with a strong focus on candidate quality;
Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and targeted campaigns;
Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit;
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles;
Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and provide market insights;
Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
🎓 Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within FinTech, payments, or financial services;
Proven experience in direct sourcing and candidate engagement;
Experience working with UK-based roles or companies is highly preferred;
Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and selection methodologies;
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Lithuanian, Latvian or Russian language required;
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
