The company is an established FinTech software provider with over 19 years of experience, supporting financial institutions across Europe, Asia, and other global markets. With a team of specialists across three continents and part of a billion-dollar technology group, the company develops secure and scalable banking platforms used by regulated financial institutions worldwide.
As an Office Administrator, you will play a central role in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and positive. This role blends office management, light accounting support, purchasing coordination, and internal culture initiatives. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a team — ensuring the workplace runs smoothly while supporting colleagues and leadership.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and purchasing processes;
Support basic accounting tasks such as invoice collection, expense tracking, and coordination with the finance team;
Organize internal company events, celebrations, and team activities;
Maintain office order, documentation, and administrative records;
Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office calendars when needed;
Act as the main point of contact for office-related questions and operational support;
Assist leadership with administrative tasks and internal coordination;
Help maintain a positive, welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
🎓 Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration, operations coordination, or administrative support;
Basic understanding of accounting processes (invoices, expenses, documentation);
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously;
High level of reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities;
Good communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset;
Proficiency with common office tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, or similar);
Fluent Lithuanian and good English communication skills.

Could be part-time position: 6 hours per day (e.g., 9:00–15:00);
