As a Business Analyst of the Core Banking platform, you will bridge business needs and technical execution, ensuring that core banking systems evolve in line with regulatory requirements, operational efficiency, and product innovation. This role is ideal for someone who understands financial systems deeply and enjoys translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements related to core banking, payments, and financial operations;

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for engineering teams;

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define system enhancements and new features;

• Map and optimize end-to-end financial workflows across banking and payment infrastructure;

• Support integration projects with external partners, financial institutions, and third-party providers;

• Participate in solution design discussions to ensure alignment between business goals and system architecture;

• Conduct impact analysis for system changes, regulatory updates, and new product initiatives;

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to clarify requirements and align priorities;

• Validate delivered features through testing support and business acceptance processes.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, banking, or financial services;

• Strong understanding of core banking systems, payment flows, or financial transaction processing;

• Experience translating business requirements into functional documentation and technical specifications;

• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and digital banking platforms;

• Experience working with Agile or Scrum development teams;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;

• Strong knowledge of EU regulations, including DORA and GDPR;

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Fluent written and spoken English; Lithuanian is an advantage.
