💼 About the Role

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and records management.

• Coordinate the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers and recruiters.

• Support performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.

• Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and company culture.

• Maintain and improve HR systems, tools, and data accuracy.

• Provide HR reporting and support management with workforce insights.

• Organize team events, trainings, and wellness initiatives.

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and day-to-day HR queries.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR, in fintech, financial services, or tech environment.

• Strong knowledge of Latvian labor law and HR administration.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in English and Latvian (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.

• Experience with HRIS tools or digital HR platforms.

• A proactive approach, attention to detail, and confidentiality in all HR matters.
