Our client, a Cyprus-based fintech software company, is looking for experienced IT Project Manager. The company builds high-performance fintech platforms focused on financial and digital asset services and transaction processing for international B2B sectors, including luxury travel, aviation, and high-value commerce.

With a strong technical team and expanding global partnerships, the company is entering a new phase of operational maturity. To support continued growth and delivery excellence, they are now strengthening their internal product and engineering coordination.

You will work directly with the CTO, ensuring structured sprint execution, clean product tracking, and predictable delivery across frontend, backend, and mobile teams. If you thrive in fast-paced fintech environments and enjoy turning complexity into clarity, this opportunity is for you.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Own sprint execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality product delivery

• Maintain structured and actionable Jira workflows, epics, and backlogs

• Break down product roadmap into clear, prioritized deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional development teams (frontend, backend, mobile)

• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delivery gaps before escalation

• Track KPIs related to delivery timelines and sprint velocity

• Prepare structured weekly delivery and progress reports for leadership

• Support roadmap planning aligned with fintech product growth objectives

🎓 Requirements:

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or Delivery Manager

• Strong hands-on expertise in Jira (workflow setup, backlog management, reporting)

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Experience working closely with software development teams

• Ability to manage priorities in dynamic, scaling environment

• Fluent English (spoken and written), Russian language is an advantage

• Based in Riga

Nice to Have:

• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or regulated digital products

• Technical background or strong understanding of backend/frontend architecture

• Familiarity with regulatory environments (KYC, AML, compliance-driven products)
