Our client is a fast-growing TradingTech company building advanced analytical software for professional trading across futures, CFDs, crypto, and other financial instruments. As the business scales internationally and prepares new product launches, this role becomes a key driver of execution across payments, compliance, AI automation, and global expansion.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys turning complexity into structure — coordinating people, systems, and external partners across jurisdictions. You will work closely with leadership, product, tech, and external advisors to ensure that strategic initiatives actually get delivered.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate FinTech and TradingTech initiatives, including payment method integrations (Adyen, PayPal, UnionPay, Google Pay) and related compliance workflows
Own end-to-end delivery of complex payment gateway setups, including billing coordination, token migration, PCI DSS considerations, and issue resolution
Drive international expansion projects, with a strong focus on the US and Asia (taxation, nexus analysis, registrations, and third-party integrations such as Avalara)
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, development, marketing, billing, business development) to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects
Oversee integration of verification, AML, and sanctions screening tools (e.g. Sumsub, Shufti Pro), moving manual processes into scalable automated flows
Lead internal process optimization and automation initiatives, including AI-driven operational tools (PnL generation, payment reconciliation, internal reporting)
Support organizational restructuring initiatives, including hiring coordination, onboarding, and task digitization
Participate in the design and launch of new TradingTech products (e.g. CFD analytics), coordinating legal, operational, product, and go-to-market aspects
Research and structure potential partnerships with non-EU counterparties (brokers, prop firms), assessing regulatory, licensing, and risk implications
Act as a problem-solver and integrator — identifying blockers early and driving practical, compliant solutions
🎓 Requirements:
Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
Proven experience in FinTech, TradingTech, payments, or financial instruments environments
Strong understanding of payment systems, compliance concepts, and international market expansion
Experience working on cross-border or international projects is a strong advantage
Fluency in English, Russian, and Latvian (spoken and written), including professional documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
Very strong digital skills, including hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms
