Our client - a multi-jurisdictional fintech company - is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.

The company builds a fully regulated digital banking platform, enabling business clients to operate within a single, compliant framework across the EU, UK, USA, and the Middle East.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Analyze revenues, costs, and margins across products and business lines;

• Perform variance and factor analysis to explain financial deviations;

• Build and maintain unit economics and profitability models;

• Prepare and manage budgets (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);

• Develop forecasts, rolling forecasts, and scenario models;

• Produce clear management reporting for leadership decision-making;

• Monitor budget execution and track financial KPIs;

• Support cost optimization initiatives and efficiency analysis;

• Contribute to automation and improvement of financial reporting processes.

🎓 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, economics, or data analysis (middle level) in the Banking or Fintech sector,

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field;

• Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);

• Knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and financial planning;

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; VBA is a plus);

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is an advantage;

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, 1C);

• SQL and/or Python skills are a strong plus;

• English and Russian languages at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
