Our client - a multi-jurisdictional fintech company - is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to take full ownership of product strategy and product operating model across the group: from customer and market discovery, through roadmap and execution governance, to measurable commercial outcomes. The company builds a fully regulated digital banking platform, enabling business clients to operate within a single, compliant framework across the EU, UK, USA, and the Middle East.

This is a senior leadership role with real influence on the company’s long-term growth, platform scalability, defining product requirements and success metrics, establishing product governance, aligning Engineering and more.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end product strategy across fiat and digital asset products;

• Lead the development and evolution of core offerings, including IBAN accounts, crypto wallets, payments, card acquiring and issuing, card issuing and more;

• Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable, market-ready product features;

• Partner closely with Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution;

• Prioritise product roadmaps based on business impact, client needs, and regulatory timelines;

• Drive product governance across multiple jurisdictions and regulators;

• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management function;

• Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation;

• Act as a key stakeholder at group and board level, contributing to strategic decision-making.

🎓 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CPO, Head of Product, or Senior Product Leader in FinTech, payments, or digital assets;

• Strong understanding of regulated financial products (payments, EMI, VASP, cards, crypto);

• Demonstrated experience operating in multi-jurisdictional and compliance-heavy environments;

• Ability to work effectively within B2B and platform-based business models;

• Fluency in Russian and English is required; additional EU languages are a strong advantage;

• EU residency is mandatory;

• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability;

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
