HHH is a fast-growing, international recruitment and advisory firm operating within the FinTech and adjacent sectors. Driven by strong growth and increasing demand from existing partners, the company is expanding its commercial and client-facing capabilities and is currently looking for a Client Success & Sales Manager. This role sits at the core of the business, combining B2B sales, client success, and day-to-day coordination of client relationships. It is an ideal opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys ownership, clear communication, and building long-term value with clients.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with existing Fintech clients and strategic partners;
Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the current client portfolio;
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout ongoing recruitment engagements;
Support partners in commercial and client-related activities;
Ensure smooth feedback collection, and process tracking;
Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables;
Maintain accurate client data, KPIs, and sales reports in CRM (PIpeDrive) and Excel;
Support client retention initiatives and improve overall customer experience.
🎓 Requirements:
2+ years experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success roles;
Strong communication skills with a clear client-first mindset;
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and keep processes structured;
Fluency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian; additional EU language skills are considered a strong advantage.
Solid working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools;
Experience in HR, recruitment, FinTech, or financial services is a strong advantage;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
