🔍 Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs;
Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination;
Review, assess, and qualify incoming applications with a strong quality focus;
Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and campaigns;
Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit;
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles;
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights;
Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.
🎓 Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner in FinTech, payments, or financial services;
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and candidate engagement;
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and selection methodologies;
Fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian languages;
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong team spirit.
