🔍 Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs;

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination;

• Review, assess, and qualify incoming applications with a strong quality focus;

• Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and campaigns;

• Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit;

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles;

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights;

• Continuously improve internal recruitment processes, tools, and workflows.

🎓 Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition partner in FinTech, payments, or financial services;

• Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and candidate engagement;

• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and selection methodologies;

• Fluent in English, Russian and Lithuanian languages;

• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong team spirit.
