As part of its continued international growth, the client is strengthening its commercial team and is looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to drive sales and client relationships across foreign markets. This role is based in Vilnius and focuses on working with both new and existing B2B clients in the Baltic region, Kazakhstan and Central Asia, primarily within banking and financial services.
The position combines active sales, account ownership, and solution consulting, covering both hardware and software offerings. You will work with ATMs, payment terminals, and value-added software solutions integrated with these devices. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role for a self-reliant professional who is motivated to learn, sell, and deliver results in a dynamic, international environment.
🔍 Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of 6 key B2B clients across the Baltics, Kazakhstan and Central Asia;
Develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients;
Sell a full portfolio of hardware (ATMs, payment terminals) and related software solutions;
Act as the primary point of contact for clients across commercial, product, and delivery topics;
Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations end-to-end;
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware and software solutions;
Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction;
Monitor project performance and contribute to profit-driven decision-making;
Build trusted, partnership-based relationships with senior client stakeholders.
🎓 Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development roles;
Strong interest or background in FinTech, IT, payments, or technology-driven services;
Ability to understand and sell complex hardware and software solutions;
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
High level of independence, self-motivation, and ownership mindset;
Stress resilience and ability to perform in a target-driven sales environment;
Fluent English and Russian is strongly preferred; Lithuanian is a plus.
