Our client — a fast-growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Bank of Lithuania — is looking for an experienced Head of HR to support their expanding international team in Riga.

💼 About the Role
As a Head of HR, you’ll be the backbone of people operations — ensuring smooth HR processes, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. This is a great opportunity to join a vibrant fintech culture and make an impact as the company scales across Europe.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HR documentation, and records management.
- Coordinate the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers and recruiters.
- Support performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
- Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and company culture.
- Maintain and improve HR systems, tools, and data accuracy.
- Provide HR reporting and support management with workforce insights.
- Organize team events, trainings, and wellness initiatives.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations and day-to-day HR queries.
🎓 Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR, in fintech, financial services, or tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Latvian labor law and HR administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in English and Latvian (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- Experience with HRIS tools or digital HR platforms.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and confidentiality in all HR matters.
