We are urgently recruiting a very interesting role for one of our clients. The client is one of the key ecosystem builders in the Baltic FinTech landscape, uniting regulated market players and driving collaboration, education, and visibility across the sector. As the industry continues to expand and evolve, the company is looking for a passionate Fintech Community Manager to strengthen relationships with members, partners, and sponsors — and to elevate the entire FinTech community through high-quality events, communication, and engagement. This is a high-visibility role where your voice, ideas, and network will directly shape industry growth.
🔍 Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with potential members, partners, and sponsors.
• Coordinate onboarding of new members and ensure a seamless entry experience.
• Represent the association at meetings, industry discussions, and on-stage events.
• Plan and execute member & sponsor events — trainings, workshops, networking formats.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships across the financial and tech ecosystem.
• Oversee PR and communication activities, including media coordination and messaging.
• Prepare and distribute regular newsletters and community updates.
• Manage social media content (articles, posts, member spotlights, website updates).
• Ensure consistent, high-quality branding and communication across all channels.
• Support the development of learning and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the community.
🎓 Requirements:
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Confident public speaking skills in both Lithuanian and English.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce polished content.
• Prior experience in partnerships, community management, communications, or events.
• Attention to detail across both technical and creative tasks.
• Knowledge of the FinTech sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
