Now we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Lithuania 🇱🇹 and play a key role in connecting top FinTech professionals with the industry’s most exciting brands.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment projects for FinTech clients (from intake briefing to offer stage).
• Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through creative search strategies.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess cultural & professional fit.
• Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Founders to deliver high-quality shortlists.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS (Teamtailor) and contribute to process improvements.
• Represent HHH at FinTech events, meetups, and online communities.

🎓 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of proven recruitment experience within FinTech, payments, banking, or tech.
• Excellent communication in English and Lithuanian (Russian is a plus).
• Deep understanding of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, Telegram, etc.).
• Results-driven mindset and strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Professional, consultative attitude — able to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about the FinTech industry and a passion for connecting people with opportunity.
