Our client, a leading provider of EFT POS terminal and transaction routing solutions, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen their quality assurance team. The company is recognized across the Baltics and globally as a trusted Terminal Service Provider and payment technology consultant.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring robust, secure, and innovative payment solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and integration partners to validate complex payment systems and help drive test automation forward.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases for EFT POS Terminal and Payment Gateway software.
• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple projects and integrations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of automated testing frameworks.
• Conduct End-to-End testing with external partners and certification bodies.
• Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring clear communication with developers and stakeholders.
• Participate in security and compliance testing processes.
• Provide input to improve QA processes, documentation, and best practices.

🎓 Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated).
• Solid understanding of full integration testing processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of EFT/POS systems, card payment ecosystems, or transaction routing is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (Lithuanian and/or Russian is a plus).
