As the Head of Technical Support, Deployment & Maintenance, you’ll take the helm of a critical department driving operational excellence across financial technology services. This is a leadership role at the intersection of IT, banking equipment, and FinTech solutions. You will oversee teams in Lithuania and abroad, ensuring seamless installation, support, and innovation in financial infrastructure — from ATMs to payment terminals and beyond. 🔍 Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate department operations, including installation, maintenance, and support of financial equipment and IT systems.
- Lead local and international teams, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and consistent quality standards.
- Plan and allocate work across sub-departments, setting clear KPIs and monitoring execution.
- Guarantee compliance with ISO/IEC 20000-1 standards and continuously improve operational processes.
- Support development and implementation of the company’s IT strategy, enabling advanced technologies in financial services.
- Drive negotiations and prepare contracts related to service sales, leasing, installation, and maintenance.
- Ensure robust data protection and documentation standards across all teams.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to enhance services and solutions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews, reporting directly to executive leadership.
- Manage the department’s budget and provide monthly operational reports.
🎓 Requirements:
- Higher education in engineering, IT, economics, or management.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in IT, FinTech, or technical operations.
- Proven expertise in managing banking equipment deployment and maintenance (ATMs, POS, EFTPOS, electronic safes, etc.).
- Strong project management knowledge, including standards, methodologies, and risk management.
- Experience with MS 365, MS Office, Power BI, and performance analytics tools.
- Fluency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian (minimum B2 level, spoken & written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-demand environment.
