They are now looking for a Fintech Project Manager to join their Riga office and lead high-impact projects at the core of this expansion.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Implement and coordinate financial technology projects, including new payment processing methods in Asian and U.S. markets (e.g., UnionPay, Alipay)

• Support the development and execution of business growth strategies, including expansion into new markets (e.g., U.S. tax compliance integrations with Avalara, TaxJar).

• Coordinate work across marketing, web development, business development, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.

• Facilitate communication between teams, resolve challenges, and streamline workflows.

• Manage projects using Jira, Notion, and Confluence, tailoring systems to organizational needs.

• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure delivery meets company, client, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Excellent command of English and Latvian (written and spoken), with experience drafting documents in these languages.

• Additional languages are a strong advantage.

• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.

• Excellent computer and project management skills.

• Professional experience in FinTech, consulting, or related industries preferred.

• Experience in international projects is a strong advantage.
