Chief Executive Officer (B2B iGaming SaaS)

The client is a next-gen B2B SaaS provider offering a powerful, cloud-native platform for online casino and sportsbook operators. As CEO, you’ll own strategy, execution, and performance across a robust product suite—game aggregation, modular PAM, CRM, and more. With strong momentum in LATAM, MENA, and regulated markets, the stage is set for a commercially savvy leader to accelerate growth, drive innovation, and position the company as a global category leader in iGaming infrastructure.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the commercial strategy across international markets
- Lead GTM, pricing, partner acquisition, and revenue growth initiatives
- Build and scale strategic alliances with top-tier operators and platforms
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from pipeline to client retention
- Define and track KPIs tied to revenue, margins, CLTV, and market share
- Co-develop company vision and expansion strategy with Group CEO
- Ensure operational excellence through process optimization and cross-team alignment
- Drive product-market fit by championing new features and integrations
- Monitor and ensure compliance with licensing, AML, KYC, and regulatory frameworks
- Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing commercial and leadership teams
🎓 Requirements:
- Proven leadership in B2B iGaming, SaaS, or digital infrastructure (CEO/MD/CRO/COO level)
- €10M+ revenue ownership and track record scaling enterprise client bases
- Deep understanding of PAM systems, casino aggregation, sportsbook, and hosting platforms
- Strategic thinking with strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting)
- Experience operating in regulated and emerging markets (Europe, LATAM, MENA)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
- Resilient, execution-focused mindset and comfort in high-growth, high-pressure environments
- Based in Malta or open to relocation
