We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Deputy Directorof Operations to support our client — a growing international FinTech Group operating a diversified portfolio of licensed payment institutions across multiple jurisdictions. This is a key strategic role that combines operational oversight, regulatory coordination, and financial-legal infrastructure development. As the company expands its global footprint, your expertise will help ensure operational continuity, regulatory alignment, and scalable growth across complex, multi-entity structures.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operational management of 6–7 licensed payment entities (PSPs, MSOs, MSBs).
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows between legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.
• Manage and control opening and servicing of 20+ settlement accounts per company; liaise with banks and respond to KYC/AML inquiries.
• Lead the integration of crypto payment providers (5–8 per entity) and traditional payment gateways for payout and collection flows.
• Design intercompany fund flow logic and implement legally sound financial-operational schemes.
• Launch and supervise representative offices or branches in different countries, ensuring local compliance.
• Oversee financial reporting cycles, audits, and regulatory renewals of payment licenses.
• Direct setup and lifecycle management (incorporation to liquidation) of 20–30 foreign entities (UK, HK, BG, CZ, etc.).
• Guide the financial-legal architecture of the group’s international operations, including tax oversight and jurisdiction-specific compliance.
• Explore and evaluate new jurisdictions, analyzing legal frameworks and payment industry regulations.

🎓 Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in operations, legal, finance, or accounting within payments, FinTech or financial services sectors.
• Strong foundational knowledge across financial, legal, and accounting domains.
• Hands-on experience with payment institutions, PSP/MSO/MSB structures, and cross-border financial operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-jurisdictional structures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with crypto payment integrations and traditional PSP partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills — you can oversee multiple entities without losing detail.
• Strong analytical mindset and a proactive, solution-driven approach.
• Professional-level English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
