We’re looking for a strategic and product-driven Product Manager to support our client — an international FinTech group developing next-generation online payments and banking solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on building and launching a customer-centric banking product from the ground up. You’ll own the end-to-end journey: from market research and license structuring to product design, partner onboarding, pricing, and operational infrastructure.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to shape a competitive banking product offering.
• Select and recommend the optimal regulatory setup (e.g. MSB, EMI, MSO) for go-to-market success.
• Identify, evaluate, and integrate key infrastructure providers — including correspondent banks, payment processors, and rails (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, etc.).
• Define product pricing strategy based on market benchmarks, customer categories, risk profiles, and project ROI.
• Set the project's risk appetite and establish a tailored client onboarding and scoring approach.
• Define documentary and compliance requirements for inbound/outbound payment flows.
• Specify system requirements for core banking, client portals, and admin dashboards.
• Evaluate and deconstruct competitor offerings — including shadow-testing and benchmarking.
• Conduct voice-of-customer research to validate client needs and feature priorities.
• Lead business case development and assess financial performance (plan vs actual) post-launch.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product development or strategy within FinTech, payments, or banking.
• Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks impacting financial products.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into viable and scalable product design.
• Solid understanding of international payments, settlement flows, and infrastructure rails.
• Experience working with EMI/MSB/MSO-licensed environments and their operational constraints.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills — you can zoom in on details and zoom out to the big picture.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with legal, compliance, tech, and commercial teams.
• Professional-level English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
