We’re looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive partner network growth across the Baltic region for our client — a licensed Payment Institution and principal member of both Visa and Mastercard.

🔍 Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new partners to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Promote and sell acquiring and gateway solutions to strategic partners across the Baltics.
- Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- Support partners in achieving ambitious sales and revenue goals.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to post-sale support.
- Represent company at top industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
- Work in a dynamic, evolving environment — we value flexibility, hands-on execution, and ownership.
🎓 Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in sales, with 5+ years selling financial or fintech products.
- Proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Experience with payment products, especially in acquiring or payment facilitation (payfac), is a big plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- A highly collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable team player.
