We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead White Label Payment Gateway Solutions for our client — a global FinTech company delivering embedded processing infrastructure to PSPs, acquirers, and platforms.

This is a high-impact role with full ownership of the white-label processing product line — from roadmap and team leadership to deep market validation and go-to-market execution. You'll work cross-functionally to build a world-class solution in one of the most competitive and technically demanding spaces in payments.

🔍 Responsibilities: 

• Own and evolve the company’s White Label Processing solution as a core software product.
• Define and regularly update product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs to ensure product-market fit and commercial performance.
• Lead product discovery: prototype features, validate hypotheses, and run merchant interviews.
• Translate customer needs into structured product requirements and tasks for engineering teams.
• Manage and mentor the product team, aligning goals with company strategy.
• Drive delivery execution and cross-department collaboration to ensure success.
• Serve as the voice of the product both internally and externally.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager in White Label Payment Gateway or closely related FinTech products — must-have.
• In-depth knowledge of card payments, APMs, settlement logic, and gateway architecture.
• Proven experience leading full product lifecycle, including backlog management and delivery oversight.
• Ability to speak fluently with merchants and engineers alike — from use cases to protocols.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in high-risk payments is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with confidence.
