We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Product Manager to support our client — a fast-scaling FinTech company focused on building smart, scalable, and market-relevant payment solutions. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of product performance across e-commerce, P2P, and APM segments — driving strategy, validating new ideas, and collaborating with merchants to build what the market truly needs.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Own the product lifecycle across e-commerce acquiring, P2P, and alternative payment methods (APMs).
• Define and update product vision and strategic roadmap monthly.
• Drive KPI performance and track product health across releases.
• Lead ideation, prototyping, and hypothesis validation with merchants and internal teams.
• Collect merchant insights and turn them into structured product requirements.
• Manage prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee acceptance testing and ensure delivery meets business goals.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Senior Product Manager in the payments space; high-risk experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of P2P mechanics, card schemes (Visa/MC), and APM integrations.
• Familiarity with merchant needs in high-risk verticals or emerging markets (e.g., CIS, LATAM, MENA) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage roadmaps, set priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and execution skills.
• Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
