Our client — a fast-growing international FinTech company — is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Payments) to serve as Deputy to the CPO and lead the development of mission-critical payment products. This role is central to scaling existing solutions, launching new initiatives, and shaping the long-term product strategy across high-risk verticals.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve key products, including card issuing, P2P transfers, white-label processing, e-wallets, and merchant-facing storefronts.
• Develop product vision, roadmaps, and commercial strategy across multiple business lines.
• Build and scale the product team: hire, coach, and manage other Product Managers.
• Drive product delivery and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Sales.
• Conduct in-depth market research and manage control group testing and mystery shopping processes.
• Lead merchant interviews and gather product feedback to shape feature requirements.
• Facilitate ideation sessions, prototype hypotheses, and validate market fit.
• Oversee product KPIs, P&L performance, and reporting to senior leadership.

🎓 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within payments, including hands-on exposure to high-risk segments — must-have.
• Proven ability to build and lead product teams, including hiring and mentoring.
• In-depth understanding of P2P payment flows, especially in different markets.
• Strong technical foundation in card schemes (Visa/Mastercard) and APMs.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, research, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
