We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our client, a fast-growing Payment Service Provider specialising in cross-border acquiring and alternative payment methods for online based businesses.
With over 20 years of market experience and a global team for 400+ people, they are redefining how e-commerce merchants accept payments — seamlessly, securely, and at scale. Combining cutting-edge technology, regulatory expertise, and a customer-focused approach, they deliver tailored digital payment solutions to businesses across the globe.
As they continue to expand internationally, the company is looking for ambitious sales professionals in the EU to drive merchant acquisition, strengthen product-market fit, and fuel revenue growth.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition through outbound outreach, events, and channel partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry expos and client meetings across target regions.
- Sell the full product suite and tailor commercial proposals for merchant needs.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Collect merchant feedback, identify product gaps, and collaborate with product teams.
- Monitor deal terms and ensure commercial conditions are being fulfilled.
- Maintain sales analytics and report on market trends, conversion, and growth potential.
🎓 Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development in payments, acquiring, FinTech, or banking (EU or UK).
- Proven experience closing deals in both low-risk and high-risk segments.
- Strong understanding of the global acquiring and APM landscape.
- Established contacts within the payments or merchant ecosystem.
- Track record participating in industry expos, fintech or e-commerce events.
- Client portfolio or warm network is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Russian (both required for business communication).
