We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our client, a global Payment Service Provider company, and lead the development of innovative payment solutions for merchants within the Adult industry.

With a modern FinTech setup, a cross-functional international team of 400+ people, and deep 20+ years of expertise in high-risk merchant services, our client is building category-leading products for one of the most commercially dynamic and underserved verticals. Combining cutting-edge technology, regulatory know-how, and close collaboration with merchants, they deliver tailored, high-impact solutions where they’re needed most.

This is a high-ownership role for someone fluent in both product delivery and payments — ready to take full responsibility from vision to launch, shaping strategy, engaging directly with clients, and delivering measurable results.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and strategy for B2B clients in the Adult vertical.
• Own and drive the financial performance of the product line.
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis specific to Adult merchants.
• Interview merchants, gather feedback, and validate product hypotheses directly with users.
• Prototype and test solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Own the full product lifecycle — from ideation to go-to-market and post-launch optimization.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog; translate product goals into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Track key metrics and iterate based on data, usage, and feedback.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the Adult industry, ideally within payments, finance, or merchant services.
• Deep understanding of Adult merchant challenges and the unique demands of the vertical.
• Solid grasp of the payments ecosystem as it relates to high-risk industries.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience interpreting product KPIs and user behavior data.
• Excellent communication skills — able to speak the language of both merchants and developers.
• Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
