We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Specialist to join our client, an international Payment Service Provider based in Limassol, and ensure smooth coordination of banking, regulatory, and administrative processes in Cyprus.

As operations expand and regulatory demands increase, our client — a dynamic financial technology provider with an international footprint — is strengthening its local team to maintain seamless relationships with banks, auditors, and authorities. Combining innovative technology with disciplined operational practices, the company delivers reliable and compliant financial services to clients across multiple markets.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a tight onboarding timeline — ideal for someone already based in Cyprus or ready to relocate quickly.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including payments, reconciliations, and account openings.
• Maintain relationships with local and international banks.
• Communicate with Cyprus authorities (Tax Department, Social Insurance, Registrar, etc.).
• Liaise with accounting teams and support external audits.
• Assist with financial documentation in line with IFRS standards.
• Nice to have - experience working with API banking platforms or payment automation tools.

🎓 Requirements:`

• Solid experience with banking operations, payment processing, and account openings.
• Familiarity with Cyprus-based authorities and administrative processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and IFRS standards.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Russian.
• Previous collaboration with Cyprus-based auditors or tax advisors.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing sensitive financial information.
• Available to work on-site in Limassol, Monday to Friday.
