We’re looking for a Business Development Manager based in Turkey to join our client, a fast-growing global Payment Service Provider. With a team of over 400 professionals worldwide and more than 20 years of market experience, they are redefining how businesses send and receive payments — faster, smarter, and more securely. Combining cutting-edge technology, regulatory expertise, and a customer-focused approach, they deliver seamless digital payment solutions to merchants across multiple markets.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Build and scale partnerships with Turkish PSPs, digital wallets, and banks.
• Lead negotiations with local fintech providers, shaping deal structures and terms.
• Conduct in-depth market research across e-commerce, P2P, and banking segments to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between Turkey’s market needs and internal teams — collaborating closely with IT, Sales, Legal, KAM, and Finance to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives — from ideation and piloting to full commercial launch.

🎓 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Turkey’s payments ecosystem — PSPs, e-wallets, banks, or fintech startups.
• Deep knowledge of Turkish local regulatory frameworks and payment flow dynamics in e-commerce.
• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and onboarding strategic partners.
• A strong local network across the Turkish fintech and banking space.
• Proactive mindset, agility in multitasking environments, and hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Turkish and Russian languages is a must. English and other languages  would be considered as an advantage.
