We’re looking for a driven and commercially-minded Sales Manager to our client - a global payment aggregator helping businesses worldwide accept online payments via cards, e-wallets, and local methods. As they expand into new markets and onboard fast-scaling clients, they are building a high-performing sales team to power the next stage of growth.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants across international markets.
- Drive full-cycle B2B sales: from lead generation and pitching to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to manage and track sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
- Stay on top of industry trends and client needs to drive value-based selling.
- Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.
🎓 Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, e-commerce, SaaS, or IT.
- Proven success in lead generation and closing new client partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or similar.
- Intermediate+ level of English (for international client communication).
- A proactive, structured, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of online payments, acquiring, or payment solutions is a strong plus.
