We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven QA IT Analyst to join the Compliance team of a dynamic Europe-based Electronic Money Institution with a global outlook. As a regulated EMI under the supervision of the Bank of Lithuania, they prioritize strong governance and regulatory alignment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, performance, and stability of our digital banking systems by testing software products, identifying bugs, and supporting high standards in every release.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Test AML, KYC, and onboarding processes from the IT perspective;
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing;
• Identify and report defects in collaboration with other teams;
• Prepare and maintain test plans, cases, and results;
• Validate technical and compliance requirements;
• Improve QA and development processes;
• Track quality metrics and provide reports.
• Coordinate with QA, IT, and Compliance teams.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in fintech or banking;
• Experience with AML processes is considered a strong advantage;
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with the ability to develop and refine testing approaches;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
