We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy QA Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality digital banking products. As part of a fast-growing licence under the EU Electronic Money Institution framework and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania, you’ll help ensure that all customer-facing applications and internal systems meet rigorous quality and performance standards.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Monitor AML, KYC, and onboarding processes for quality and compliance;
- Create and run test plans for compliance-related features;
- Log and track defects using project management tools;
- Work with teams to validate AML/KYC process accuracy;
- Suggest QA improvements and promote automation;
- Join release planning and test post-deployment changes;
- Train teams on QA practices and compliance testing.
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline;
- 1+ years of experience in quality assurance within fintech or banking, specifically involving AML processes;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset;
- Ability to document clear and concise test cases and bug reports;
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian. Other European languages are a plus.
