Our client, is a fast-growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licensed by the Bank of Lithuania is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to join their team in Riga.

💼 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and building long-term relationships with partners and clients. Your mission is to grow company's presence across key European markets and contribute directly to its revenue growth.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close new clients and strategic partners across relevant industries
- Deeply understand company's products and services to effectively present solutions
- Represent the company at local and international events, conferences, and expos
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and affiliates
- Collaborate with internal teams (compliance, legal, tech, customer support) to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Track and report on KPIs, sales activities, and market feedback
🎓 Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development (ideally in fintech, banking, crypto, or payments)
- Strong communication and networking skills, with the ability to manage both in-person and remote relationships
- Experience attending/organizing B2B meetings and representing your company at events
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
- Goal-oriented, KPI-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy and confident using tools like MS Office, CRM platforms, and other sales software
- Familiarity with EMI services, multi-currency IBANs, payment rails (SEPA/SWIFT), or BIN sponsorship is highly beneficial
