Our client, an Estonian-licensed Web3 financial platform, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their fast-growing and innovative team. The company bridges the gap between traditional finance and decentralized technologies by offering a comprehensive suite of crypto-native and fiat services for both individuals and businesses. These include non-custodial Web3 wallets, fiat and crypto accounts, and Mastercard payment cards integrated with Apple Pay and Google Pay—enabling seamless, secure, and borderless financial interactions.
Currently employing over 70 professionals, the company is rapidly expanding its presence across the EU, UK, US, and other key markets. It operates as part of a broader fintech group that holds additional regulatory licenses and powers related products, including payroll automation and business payment tools.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Define and refine product messaging and positioning based on customer insights and product value.
- Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and geographic expansion.
- Drive customer activation, upsell initiatives, and loyalty programs across B2B and B2C user bases.
- Develop segmented messaging strategies based on user behavior and transaction data.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns across performance, social, email, and events.
- Manage external marketing agencies (SMM, performance, creative) to ensure delivery and ROI.
- Organize and support webinars, expos, and community events in line with the GTM roadmap.
- Track and optimize performance using tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Semrush, and SendPulse.
🎓 Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within fintech, SaaS, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns in global markets, particularly within the EU, UK, or US.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, customer acquisition funnels, and lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, Appsflyer).
- Confident in managing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and performance partners.
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and campaign support is a strong plus.
- Fast learner with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- English fluency (Upper-Intermediate or higher) is required; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a strong advantage.
